This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and refund procedures for IronSaathi subscription services. Please read this Policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
Important: This Policy applies to gym subscriptions to IronSaathi platform. Payments between gyms and their members are processed outside of our platform and are not covered by this Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
IronSaathi offers subscription plans for gyms, including:
- Monthly Plans: Billed monthly (e.g., ₹999/month, ₹1,499/month, ₹1,799/month)
- Annual Plans: Billed annually with discounts (e.g., ₹9,990/year, ₹14,990/year)
- Free Trial: 30-day free trial period for new gyms (subject to terms)
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
- In-App: Navigate to your Gym Admin Profile → Subscription Settings → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] with your gym name and account details
- Phone: Call us at +91 9502426844 during business hours
- Contact Form: Use the contact form on our website at ironsaathi.com/contact.html
2.2 Cancellation Effective Date
- Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon request
- Service Access: You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period
- Auto-Renewal: Cancellation prevents future auto-renewals but does not affect your current subscription period
2.3 Post-Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after subscription expiry
- After 30 days, your account may be suspended or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by applicable law. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Upgrade or downgrade fees
- Add-on service fees
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Failure: If we are unable to provide the Service due to technical issues on our end for more than 7 consecutive days
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized Payment: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification)
- Legal Requirements: As required by applicable consumer protection laws
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or business decision
- Dissatisfaction with the Service (unless due to our failure to deliver promised features)
- Non-usage of the Service
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Technical issues caused by user's device, internet connection, or third-party services
- Free trial periods (no charges, therefore no refunds)
3.4 Refund Request Process

- Provide Details: Include your gym name, account email/phone, subscription plan, payment date, and reason for refund request
- Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Decision: We will notify you of our decision via email
- Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
3.5 Refund Processing Time
- Review Time: 5-7 business days from request submission
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days after approval
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription
- Bank Processing: Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider (typically 3-5 business days)
4. Free Trial Period
4.1 Trial Terms
- New gyms may be eligible for a 30-day free trial period
- No payment is required during the trial period
- Full access to all features is provided during the trial
- Trial eligibility is subject to our discretion and may vary
4.2 Trial Cancellation
- You may cancel your trial at any time before it expires
- Cancellation during trial prevents automatic conversion to paid subscription
- No charges will be applied if cancelled before trial expiry
- No refund is applicable for trial periods (as no payment is collected)
5. Subscription Changes
5.1 Plan Upgrades
- Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately
- You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period
- No refunds for the unused portion of the lower plan
5.2 Plan Downgrades
- Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing period
- You will continue to have access to the higher plan features until the current billing period ends
- No refunds for the unused portion of the higher plan
- You will be charged the lower plan rate starting from the next billing cycle

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:

- We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
- If the charge is found to be incorrect, we will issue a full refund within 7-14 business days
7. Account Termination by Us
If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription
- Immediate termination of Service access
- Data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated Policy on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending email notifications for significant changes (if you have subscribed to our communications)
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
